m99 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all players using the m99 platform (m99.uno). By accessing the platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms. Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1 General Terms

m99 is a digital gaming platform designed for the Myanmar market, offering game categories such as football, slots, live casino, 3D lottery, and Shan Koe Mee. This agreement is a legally binding contract between m99 and the user.

m99 may update these terms at any time with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 or older to use the m99 platform. Gambling by anyone under this age is not permitted. If a false age is found to have been provided, m99 may suspend or close the account.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may only own one account at m99. Opening a second or third account is not allowed. If this is found to have occurred, bonuses will be voided and the account may be closed.

2.3 Accurate Information

The name, contact number, and payment details provided when registering must be accurate and complete. If inaccurate information is found to have been provided, m99 has the right to reject withdrawals from that account and close it.

3 Deposit Rules

Deposits can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is 10,000 Ks.

• Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly.
• Third-party payments are not accepted — the person making the deposit must be the account holder.
• m99 may review and suspend or reject any deposit suspected of involving money laundering.

4 Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

Withdrawals can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is 10,000 Ks.

Normal withdrawal processing time is 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected in the following situations—

• Requesting a withdrawal before the bonus wagering requirement is met,
• Accounts with incomplete payment verification,
• While a gameplay violation or software abuse investigation is ongoing,
• Situations where a financial security check is required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

m99 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit — up to 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 10.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 40,000 Ks. You must complete wagering of 200,000 Ks (20,000 × 10) to withdraw. If you deposit 620,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks and your balance becomes 920,000 Ks. You must complete wagering of 3,000,000 Ks (300,000 × 10) to withdraw.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without playing.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Additional terms for each promotion are stated in that promotion's announcement.
• If a promotion violation is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.3 Friend Referral

If a player refers a friend to m99 and that friend makes their first deposit, the referrer receives 8% of that deposit amount (up to 20,000 Ks per person) as bonus funds. In addition, the referrer receives 0.2% of their referred friends' qualifying bets as a weekly commission. Full referral terms can be found on the promotions page.

6 VIP Levels and Cashback

m99 has 5 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each VIP level comes with a weekly cashback rate—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

7 Fair Play and Restrictions

m99 enforces the following measures to ensure fair play for all players—

• Multi-accounting — strictly prohibited.
• Use of bonus software or bots — subject to investigation and account closure.
• Attempting to hack or attack the network — will be pursued through legal channels.
• Collusion between players — winnings will be voided if detected.
• Software exploitation or glitch abuse — funds obtained will be recovered.

If m99 detects any type of violation, the account may be closed without prior notice and funds in that account may be forfeited.

8 Privacy and Security

Players must keep their account login password secure. m99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from someone else using your account due to a disclosed password.

9 Service Suspension / Termination

m99 may temporarily suspend services with advance or short notice for platform maintenance, technical issues, or to improve service quality. If games are interrupted during that period, the matter will be handled in accordance with the stated refund policy.

10 Player Responsibilities

As a player using m99, you are responsible for the following—

• I accept full responsibility for my choices, any losses, and the outcomes.
• Manage your spending and only play with what you can afford.

• Do not attempt to breach third-party personal data encryption to gain access.
• Do not treat m99 staff with inappropriate language or behavior — please keep things respectful and civil.

11 Software and Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, designs, and content on the m99 platform are the intellectual property of m99. Copying, distributing, or modifying them without permission is a violation of the law and will be dealt with accordingly.

12 Limitation of Liability

m99 is not responsible for player gaming losses, losses during downtime, or losses caused by third-party software breaches. Issues arising from communication failures or Internet Service Provider breaches are also not the responsibility of m99.
